For realtors, having a title company that is experienced, responsible and highly-capable to overcome any obstacles is key. We provide you and your client with the right amount of communication through the process and have on-staff attorneys to lead closings and handle any legal issues that may arise.
As a real estate title company, our job is to verify that the title to the real estate is given to the homebuyer. Essentially, we make sure that a seller has the rights to sell the property to the interested buyer. After the verification is complete, we complete a commitment title insurance on behalf of the lender or buyer which ensures that the buyer is receiving a clear title on the property and any outstanding issues are resolved.

An absolutely horrendous experience! First of all, they stated they would have the investor and I closed by 12/3, but I was notified on the morning of closing stating there was an issue with the deed. I was told I HAD to call the mortgage company to get it. I gave all of the paperwork and all they did was the legal documentation. Fine, I just wanted to close. Once we closed, finally, on 12/9, I was told I would receive my wire transfer in less than 24 hours. I even called my bank to ask how instantaneous my bank received wire transfers and they said instantly by a certain timeframe. So, I called
