There’s a reason why the rating is what it is for this place. I notice the owner or the boss replies smartly to the same complaints. There’s a reason. Avoid this place at all cost they say one thing then act a different way and then when questioned about unlawful things they don’t respond or just act like they can make there own rules and disregard actual law. Been moved out for over two months I moved out early giving them plenty of time in advance followed all protocol they told me in writing. Still haven’t received my security deposit despite the place going on sale the next week I move

I hope this review helps others so nobody else has to go through what I have. I have been a renter of twenty years and every single time I got my full security back-until Hurst. I rented 2 homes from them and both times I did not get my full security deposit back as they had maintenance come in and charge labor out of my security deposit for the most ridiculous things. I have been a great tenant- I paid rent well before the due dates and I left both places cleaner than when I moved in. The last place was a nightmare as the refrigerator broke multiple times and each time it did, I was without one

I would give this place less than a 1 if it would let me. Ann will tell you one thing and lie and manipulate you for another. I have personally have had to file suit against this company. Any subcontractors they hire will rip you off as well as they will. A fly was in the window sill a few days after my departure and they charged me $85 to clean it. To top it off there were many thing done to the house prior to me

Was good with getting maintenance scheduled while we was living in rental property, the real problems occurred once we moved out, they over charge us for minor cleaning, took very long to refund our deposit then when we got the deposit they charged us again for the "light cleaning" and charged an addition large sum of money for things that were broken when we moved in and that we stated on the move in sheet. 10/10 do not recommend

Hurst Realty and management. Beware! They are very deceptive and dishonest. They do not honor their paperwork and if you do not bug them they will tell you that it was your fault. They will assure you that they have done everything right and every other professional who specializes in a specific field is wrong. THEY DO NOT CARE! And do not hold their employees accountable. Doing business with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare and a headache. If you decide to do business with them, you have been forewarned. Invest at your own peril.

Honestly if there was a no star option I would chose that. Hurst, specifically Daphne who we worked with is completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, from the start they were extremely hard to work with, maybe that was a sign to look somewhere else. From having our move in date being pushed back three times to then moving into a house that was supposedly “cleaned”. No it was not. We were great tenets who paid on time and for them to not work with us was very disappointing. Moving out was just as much of a hassle. We cleaned that place spotless and it was much nicer then when we moved in. They

Another unfortunate victim of this property management company. I moved my family into one of the properties before reading any of these reviews due to the short notice nature of my move to the area.
We moved into a dirty home which my wife spent a week cleaning. Every time we picked our daughter up her clothes would be brown from crawling on the floor. We were charged $225 for a ''deep pet clean" even though I can guarantee the previous tenant was not charged the same. We were then charged another $160 for general cleaning even though we cleaned the whole house. Told that the kitchen was 'disgusting

MELONY TYGART WAS AMAZING.
We were put in a horrible situation due to another realty company. We had dealt with 4 or 5 other realtors in the area and MELONY was the ONLY one that actively helped us. She is a go getter! AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about her. We got a BEAUTIFUL house in 4 days. We didn't have to settle even though we were in a bind and she even negotiated the price for us. If you are looking for a place in the area use MELONY! I recommend her to everyone I know. She will work for you!
