Angie Block originally started selling real estate in Delray Beach, Florida in 1989. Angie then moved to the South Bay in the early ninety's and has been a permanent resident since 1999. Angie quickly became known in the community owning and operating two furniture consignment stores, one in Hermosa Beach and one in Palos Verdes.

Avoid. The owner, Bob, is a cheapskate. He's a penny pincher who will do his best to keep every penny from every tenant. He's unethical and their entire operation is built on a lie. Do not do business with them. Heard he bamboozled an investor too. The only thing he has going for him is that the owner of Skechers invests with him. Do not trust this misleading man!

I almost never write Yelp reviews but the quality of service that I got from Margaret Tan of Real Estate West had me make an exception since I want others to know that if they have a challenging real estate situation that getting help is as easy as contacting Margaret.

I have found myself in a situation of trying to find a nice place to rent in the Redondo Beach area on a month to month basis which is a very tough thing to do especially as we are getting closer to summer. I am a consultant who is in the area to work on a project of unknown duration so I cannot commit to a long term lease.

I have had the pleasure of working with Margaret Tan for the last year and a half in leasing a town home in Redondo Beach. She was nothing but professional and extremely responsive. Any time we had an issue with the place, she would promptly respond to our texts or phone calls and set up someone quickly to fix the problem. I highly recommend her and her company to anyone.

Very unprofessional, dishonest, crooks is how i would categorize this company. Stay away from Chuck Wallu he is physco he will pose as your friend and turn on you like no other. I have never had an enemy and it feels weird to have one now but he is so hateful towards me I'm seriously about to file a complaint with the board of realators. Maybe even obtain a restraining order. He reviewed a commercial lease as a friend even though I found the property and negotiated the main terms. After the fact he took me to small claims lost twice sued me a third time and won that one dont tell me how. Now
