What I really want to know is why their sandwiches are sort of a mess? Why in every third bite do you get a piece of dead pickle stem or the point of a tomato stalk, where it was one attached to the plant. That's the a hard inedible part of a tomato or pickle. It's the ruin of an almost decent sandwich. You don't put onion skins on right? Same thing.
These are not things that people want to bite into it's really just cheap product and carelessness. Please don't serve people stalks of plants in their food. When you make a sandwich make it like you would want it. Not with

Worst sub I’ve ever had. Only was able to eat about half. The fries are good though

Friendly and reliable. Pizzas are good, and the subs and wraps offer a good alternative to pizza. We takeout from here regularly. They recently started up inside dining again, but we have never eaten in.

Horrid. Worst customer service. Don’t waste your time. Multiple young adults purposely ignored me while I was waiting to pick up an order and others walked behind and didn’t say or do anything. Not ordering again, will take my business elsewhere.

Needed to update review. In that light I noticed how often we eat their food and it was surprising how often we do. As they say familiarity breeds contempt and the is my effort to correlate our behavior with reviews. Victoria's is our go to pizza/pasta and salad take out place. Everything is good , reasonably priced in huge portions. It is not the fanciest or gourmet or whatever but its solid , reasonable and stands the test of over 26 years of using it.

Got a large pizza. By the time I got home there was so much grease all over the place.
The cheese had all slid to one side of the box. The pizza was unrecognizable. If I lived closer it would've gone back. Never ordering a pizza there again.

Sandwiches tend to be dry and chewy (mainly the grilled chicken), so opt for the choices that come with sauce and don't hesitate to put extra. The food is *okay*, I guess, and some of the options are creative, but I still don't really care for it. Not my first choice but it's good for a quick lunch.

Good food. The girl who works the front counter is brain dead and obnoxiously annoying.

I've been ordering here for years and the food is always late and never how I ordered. Now I've been told to never order again because their new driver misplaced the cash I gave him. This place is a joke order elsewhere. Only ever put up with their bull because it was convenient.

This is our go-to Friday night pizza joint. We're from NJ and this is the closest thing to NJ pizza around here. reliably good, fresh and the kids love their chicken tenders.

Had takeout tonight. Two dishes with breaded chicken and the chicken was WAY overcooked and leathery.

Not happy with Victoria's. Ordered delivery, got two steak and cheese subs and a salad. Prices are pretty high, quality is decent I guess and quantity is pretty poor.. large steak and cheese probably has the same amount of stuff in it as a small, not happy with spending that much and getting all bread. The wait was over an hour which put the icing on the cake for me. Only reason I give 2 stars is because it actually came. Will certainly be my last time ordering from here.

The truest test for a pizza place is a simple cheese pizza. Victoria's knocks it out of the park. A delicious treat and our craving when we're living in Chicago.

Love/hate relationship with Victoria's. Love: food and pizza. It's honestly the best fast/casual food I've had.
Hate: price and customer experience. It's SOOOOO expensive to order pizza/salad. One large pizza and two salads is like $50-$60 when it's all said and done. I say customer experience and not customer service because in part, I think a lot of the issue has to do with their app. It's got SO many options that it doesn't often make it clear what to order (you can order spaghetti and meatballs and it wants you to spend 5 min picking out a pasta....I was spaghetti!). Delicious! I ordered take out online. Was on time ready for me when I got there. My meal was very very good! The Alfredo sauce tasted amazing and my eggplant parm even better! Will order from here more often now! Great staff too!

Eggplant parm.........that's two ingredients how can you mess that up??

Usually good but never go on a sunday because clearly no one gives a sh*t if the boss isn't there. Really disappointing, looks like we gotta find a place with mediocre subs elsewhere.

Great subs, awesome pizza, dinners,wings, appetizers and everything else. Absolutely wonderful food and reasonable prices. Excellent customer service and friendly delivery. Great place all around.

Would never order here again. Had ordered a pizza for my daughter and friend while in town for the weekend. Gave my address and they got street wrong. They called and I told them the street name again and they told me that I gave them the wrong address, which is untrue. Needless to say the pizza never got there and I got charged. The next day my bank called me and my card was used to make a purchase in Hong Kong. Maybe it was a coincidence, but this was the lady charge before that one. The gentleman in the phone was an A-hole as well. Avoid this place at all costs!

Food has gone down hill for sometime now,order last week chicken tender dinner. $ 11.00 4 tenders that were very small .

Addendum: Victoria's is ALWAYS on time. But one night they were a little behind. (New driver). They were very generous and offered us a credit equal to our order. Great customer service. Very friendly manager, Fred. order from this place, you will never be disappointed .

Great selection of food. Easy online ordering, lots of options to customize.
Pizza is good, 9/10. Subs are great. Had an excellent eggplant parm, just ask for more cheese and sauce on side. (Happened one time) Sandwich selection is great. Hard to find a good sandwich around here.
