These are interesting times and like everyone, I am taking precautions. I am NOT sick and if I develop even the slightest hint of a symptom - I will not be coming to your home. I only work with dogs and am staying home otherwise. I am still accepting new clients and keeping appointments. I am happy to do the massage outside too - as long as the weather is nice!
Services
Massage for your pet may seem like a frivolous thing to spend time and money on - at first glance anyway. Being that animals share the same problems and diseases as humans, doesn't it make sense that they would benefit from the same types of healing treatment? Massage has so many physical and psychological benefits for your animal that it should almost be an essential part of healthcare like grooming, feeding or exercising.
This includes meeting your critter, taking information and introducing them to the massage touch. This can last from two minutes to twenty depending on the situation. This is up to the animal to decide. It's also your opportunity to ask me questions and see first hand the benefits of massage. This is for a standard massage session that can last from 40 minutes to and hour depending on the dog and the techniques indicated by their needs.
I am a graduate of the Northwest School of Animal Massage and also have training in specialized techniques such as Reiki, Acupressure and Aromatherapy. The State of Washington has one of the most rigorous set of requirements to perform small animal massage, in addition to the schooling, hands-on training and testing, there is a state test to pass as well, so rest assured, your pets are in good & trained hands!
