A few months ago, came here for a 60 minutes deep tissue massage because my neck bothered me so much. So I asked to focus on neck/shoulder which she only worked on it for about 2 minutes after I faced up, she walked on my back from beginning through all most the end. Hello, I was asking for a deep tissue... VERY Unprofessional!!!!!!!!! I won't come back. DONT waste your money.

Won't return. The massage therapist brought her cell phone into the massage room and she answered it twice to book client calls and left the room to greet who ever came in the door and when she left the room, she left my door open while on was on the table! I asked if I should come back at a different time but she said 'no, I'll add 10 minutes to your massage'. Apparently she was the only one answering the business phone and checking clients in. Also, asked to focus on neck/shoulder which didn't occur. Unprofessional. Unrelaxing. Much better places to go versus this place.

I was told on the phone that a 60 min couples massage was $120 and it ended up being $140, but that's ok. April and Rose were amazing! My boyfriend thought the intensity of her standing on his back was perfect (he's a big guy) and mine was just enough of a "medium" intensity. The only thing I would want is music in the rooms. You can hear ur outside but it's too quiet to hear everyone breathing in the massage lol we'll definitely be coming back!

My Goodness I would give a 6th star. My wife and I just did the couples massage. When we first pulled up I’ll be honest I judged the book by the cover and was a little sketched out. However once inside it was so peaceful and quiet. Very friendly staff and so impressed with the service. Feel like a million bucks!

Best massage I’ve had. Ten out of ten !!! Today was my first time in . Everyone was friendly . I called in the morning and was able to set an appointment for later the same day. I have zero complaints . I walked in really sore and right now my back feel amazing ! I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word . I did the couples massage, which included a full body massage, deep tissue massage, hot stones massage, and essential oils. And, they walked on your back!
By the end of it all, I was so relaxed. It felt amazing.
The masseuses were professional and nice. They did their work and did not try to engage in small talk, which I greatly appreciated.
The price was also reasonable.
My fiancé and I are definitely coming back.

To start off: we got the Groupon for the couples massage with deep tissue, hot stone and essential oils. $142 for a $240+ value.
When it said deep tissue I wasn't expecting them to WALK ON OUR BACKS! They held on to rails poles attached to the ceiling. Similar to a Thai Massage. Oh man - and I have sciatica issues and she stepped just perfectly to avoid any pain.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage this evening and had the best massages ever, hands down! Way better than Ruby's Spa at McMenamins at a way better price. The two ladies were super friendly, professional and focused. They were concerned about how we were feeling and asked if we were comfortable. They took their time to work on our full body. For the other review where the guy said he was "incapacitated"- Tim D....seriously? I would be embarrassed to write that. Drink some water and toughen up! When I went in they seemed rushed to get us into a room. The environment seemed clean but they were very unprofessional. We got a couples message and then lady I had left the room five times while we were there and my boyfriends left at least twice. My boyfriends masseuse answered a phone call while we were in the middle of our massage. They only used oils for the message which was very disappointing and the lady I had put the towel in my underwear to keep it up which was very uncomfortable, inappropriate and unprofessional. Do not recommend and will be looking for a new place.

Scheduled the couples deep tissue massage with the hot stones, and essential oils. One word, AMAZING. The employees of this business are so sweet, kind, and helpful. They are very strong ladies and can really get out those tough knots. And if you never have had the hot stones done, I highly recommend doing so. Will definitely be returning for more. Excellent staff & customer service.

I went in for a 1 hour massage, my therapist was Rose, who greeted me at the door after ringing the bell on the desk out front. She guided me into a room with clean sheets and towels the room was in good order and there were plenty of paper towels covering the face section for me. I usually like a hard or firm massage and Rose was very strong. She might be a bit to strong for others so just let her know to ease up, I could tell her control was really good and she did great on my neck and small of my back. After my massage I felt really relaxed and was on my way to complete the rest of my errands

I received a 90 massage last Thursday afternoon at Jin Massage. That night I developed a horrible migraine and took a nap and woke up and could not move... It took me about 10 minutes to ease my muscles and to be able to get out of bed & I could barely walk!
I slept the whole next day Friday as I was incapacitated and could not eat and could barely move. I took about 2 hot tub soaks & showers a day, sipping water and finally started to feel better that Sunday evening... The worst massage experience of my life!

Jin Massage recently opened and I got the most amazing massage from CiCi. I had a full one hour massage. She gave me a deep tissue massage with oil, Swedish massage and ended with hot rocks. CiCi asked me continually if too much pressure was being applied or if I wanted more pressure for the massage. The ambiance was wonderul and you get to pick what oil fragrance you want.
