Paid for a retainer and cleaning at time of appt and was told that I had covered all charges. 8 months later they charged me an additional $175 for the same appt. They said that they found that they could charge more to insurance for some of the work that was done and that I would be on the hook for the rest.

By far the best dental experience I've ever had here at Uptown Dental. The staff are wonderful. I wasn't rushed at all. Both the hygienist & doctor took their time, explained things thoroughly, gave their honest opinion, and were so kind! Both very well knowledged far more than any other dental office I've been too. They were even accommodating with my wanting to do a cleaning every 4 months lol Looking forward for my next cleaning! Thank you ladies!

Worst dentist! Please do not got to Dr Savage. I have never taken the time to write a review but I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I had to. Dr is not professional, rude to her staff, lectured me inappropriately, and left me with major mouth pain. I. She insisted I needed a crown, (not sure I actually did), took several attempts to get the right one which left me in major pain. I had to go to another dentist because she was closed and doesn’t have a partner, and new dentist immediately noticed the crown was ill fitting. This was after Dr Savage said it was “perfect” and

Uptown Dental is modern and up to date. Dr. Savage is well-versed in all aspects of care and continues to go to classes to keep learning. I used to be in the dental field, so this is important. Staff are helpful and polite. Atmosphere is pleasant. No bad vibes here😉. The best thing they have done lately is to establish a membership program, which helps me save on my care. Thank you, Uptown!

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Dr Savage and her staff. I called the office and got in the same day. This was my first appointment there and it was an emergency. I was grateful for their… expertise work on me. I was able to function so much better. They really cared and took the extra time with me so that I had a good outcome considering the circumstances. They showed so much empathy. I highly recommend her for any dental work.

I am so impressed by our new dentist Dr Savage and her office. We just moved here from out of state and starting as a new patient was easy and seamless. She and her staff took time to get to know my dental… history and offered state of the art treatment options for some on going problems I have had.
