First off I'm very big on energy. The minute my fiancee and I walked in we were greeted with very welcoming energy by the father and I'm assuming the younger guy was the son. They were informative with everything done to our 21 year old 528i series BMW. They were reasonabe and the car was ready when they said it would be. Definitely going back for additional work.
