I came in because I had a punctured tire & a brake light out. The nice gentleman took my truck in to the shop immediately and got it all taken care of within 25 minutes. Fast and professional I will definitely come back any time I have an issue with my car!

I have reviewed and rated Carlo's Auto (Tom) a number of times, I think:
The jobs and diagnoses are top Class. He stays as booked as an M.D office. So one might just want to stick to reserving for crucial, top troubles (needs) your car gets into. (Other places can, f.example, change the darn oil for it).

My car coincidentally broke down in front of their shop. Carlo's was quick to give the assessment on what needed doing and said that my car would be ready for pick up the following day.
The following day it was ready as promised and also the repair was a little cheaper than originally quoted. Very fair price and my car is running like a champ!

Took my car in this morning for a new set of front and back rotors and brake pads and couldn't be happier I chose this local, family oriented establishment to get serviced. I was so pleased with Tom the house management in explaining the process and wait time for it to be ready . I left and called back to ask them to also do a oil change as I felt so comfortable. Will definitely be back for other projects.

I've been going here for all my repairs for at least 3 years. The first time was when I was driving home and my brake line broke. Carlo's took it right in as an emergency appointment and had it done the same day. Since then they've done all repairs, large and small, on my car and even did maintenance on my lawn mower. These are honest people with a lot of pride in their work. Their master mechanic, Tom, has an amazing ability to troubleshoot problems and an encyclopedic knowledge of vehicles. I highly recommend Carlo's.

Our "go to" mechanic just retired and recommended Carlo's Auto Repair. We have an old (2001) Lexus SUV that needed some TLC. Tom gave an honest diagnosis of the issues. He did not oversell. We feel we got superb customer service and expert repairs for a very reasonable / fair price. Great service, excellent repairs, trustworthy mechanic. That's a combination hard to find...highly recommend!

My car was having issues with the coil/electronic board, I was able to diagnose the problem from home, but not having the time to make the repair, i decided to take the car to this shop, based on the rating and reviews I found online.....$120 part was replaced in 20 minutes. Total cost $380. Totally screwed up!
