I just moved my family from NYC to Tampa bay. Raz McFarland at Duncan Duo was our agent. I can not say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond to get us the home we wanted. Any problems that arose ( and they did trust me) she knew exactly what to do. She was extremely helpful even with the issues I had selling in NYC.

I had to relocate on a tight timeline at the end of 2021 and Kendall Fudge absolutely made it possible for me to find a great home and close on-time. Selling a home is very stressful. I am beyond pleased with the professionalism, kindness and promptness in responding to any questions and/or concerns I had throughout the selling process. I simply cannot say enough about the team that handled the listing and sale of our Mothers home.
