The place was very nice and the waiting area was welcoming (I loved the dog book!!). The receptionist not so much. We waited for about 15-20 mins before my bf and I were taken to our room. There, the masseuses were confused about who was getting who, and what areas we had previously requested being worked on. Once that was figured out both massages were AWESOME! My masseuse really went in deep and delivered! Once done, we were only offered a glass of water and to check out. From previous experience at different spas, this one just fell short and didn't feel like it was worth what I paid for

What a gem! Me and my bf went for our anniversary and got a couples package, the Reconnect package. Booking was easy, just called and we were able to get the time we wanted. I'm not sure how quickly they fill up since we booked a few weeks in advance, but I would say if you are doing a package try to book a week or two before if you really are looking for a specific day and time. I was very pleased with the COVID safety measures at Touch To Heal. Every member of their staff is vaccinated and everyone wears masks. The massage room has an air filter, to provide an additional layer or safety. Samy gave me a great deep tissue massage, always checking in with me about the pressure and my comfort. I am looking forward to going back.

We stayed at the Marriott which is where the Spa is located at. I really wish I discovered this spa when we first arrived. I would've had 2 massages!!!
Prices are decent $90 for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I luckily had Nancy. She was amazing. I never had to tell her to turn up the pressure. At the beginning of the massage, she asked me if I wanted her to focus on a certain area or areas. When I explained where I was hurting, she focused on those areas but did not neglect the rest of my body.

For the staff I give many stars I booked a few family members here for a spa package and for custom organic facials and they loved it and the the front desk girl was super sweet new her staff red and black hair new what she was talking about when it came to prices and staff and who to schedule with but if I could also give 1 start at the same time I would management was not very nice and had the receptionist apologize for somethings that she should have done but all in all the staff is great would come back for the stagg

This place has gone down hill. I just went for a 1.5 hr massage. The lady at the front was very nice , very nice ambiance , clean location. I went back to the room to get my massage where the lady I had barely spoke any English so it was very hard to describe what I wanted. Then for an hour and a half she just open palmed oil back and forth over my body. Not really even massaging me . Not to mention she started 6 min late and ended 7 min early. 13 min off an hr and a half is a good amount of time. Definite not worth the $150. I would have gotten the same type of massage at a $40 happy feet where

Thu and Euriel are incredible. They never rushed us and consulted where our problem areas were. I've never had a better massage. Thu is the one to go to if you want a female massage therapist who'll work on your body the way you want and provide you excellent service and immense consideration. If you are good with a male massage therapist, or need someone who can for sure dig into those knots and really give you the massage you need, Euriel is your guy. Had several terrible interactions with the team members there regarding my appointment. After being told the team member would connect with the manager and speak with they did not. I then found from my email, my appointment cancelled and charged for a mistake that was on their end for booking. If I could score it lower, I would.
Afterwards they cancelled my appointment without calling me back and charged me for 50%. I called back several times and left a message without a response.

I bought a couples massage for my husband as a birthday gift. It was very much needed as I'm 8 months pregnant and he's been dealing with on & off neck issues. Staff was super friendly from booking to check out.
When booking I really wanted to schedule 90 min as we were really hurting but was a little weary of being short handed on time as I have been before at other places. So I went with 60 min and decided to come back if all went well.

It was my first massage ever and the person who did my massage made me feel very comfortable. She told me that if at any moment I wasn’t comfortable to let her know. The room was very clean and the music was very peaceful. I really enjoyed my first massage here and would definitely go back.

First time coming here and had a really great experience. I booked a Full Body Detox and Destress with Tracy. Originally had booked on a Friday morning but due to Covid restrictions and having to keep the amount of customers allowed on site, they asked if I could come in earlier in the week. Which was fine with me.

I had a 60 minute massage with Vi. She was very nice and would ask me if I liked the amount of pressure. It went by so fast!
They also accept spafinder giftcards.
