The focus of our reliability testing lab is to provide our customers with an array of services and tests that fulfill all of their reliability testing needs.
Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc. offers turnkey services for Printed Circuit Boards (Design, Fabrication, Assembly and Testing). With our experienced team of designers, we design for all applications. Using leading edge design software we can provide quick turn- times, maximum densities with fine mil pitch designs, impedance matching and multi-layer boards with self-check capabilities for Quality Assurance.
At Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc. we believe that quality, service and custom solutions should all run hand in hand, and our burn-In department is a good example of this. There are many burn-in services that we offer such as HTOL, RFBL, ELFR, LTOL, etc and our focus on quality and customer service when providing burn-in custom solutions is second to none.
The 'Inspire 8160 HX' system provides individual temperature control for medium to high power SOC and mixed signal devices up to 60W. It uses 'thermal sockets' i.e. This system utilizes room temperature burn-in concept, which requires no thermal chamber, as thermal control is at the DUT level.
Since the XP-160 /Inspire platform continues to be the main system architecture, all currently available burn-in system capabilities (drive and monitoring) and features are available for this system, including the 'Analog Option'.This burn-in solution addresses the increasing concern of power dissipation of high-power semiconductor devices, which can vary by up to 50%, due to variation in fabrication process.

Innovative Circuits Engineering's Failure analysis group performs root cause analysis on a wide variety of integrated circuit devices. We work with many different customers who manufacture devices which span the entire spectrum of semiconductor technology.
