Critical: Responsiveness
We called and called: never a single reply. We were so hoping to use this company (based on the good reviews). Are they out of business? If one is too busy, the professional thing to do is to call back, apologize and say "We can't right now"... But no reply is the most frustrating , impolite, unprofessional attitude.

We moved into the area 18 months ago and needed to update our home's kitchen and dining room. Chris took care of everything and offered suggestions when we were about to make bad decisions. We love the finish project and we love Chris. He is now working on a friend's house and is coming back to do additional work on our house. Chris will always be our first choice. He is an honest, trustworthy, and professional man and we're very proud to know him and to now call him a friend.
