The attorneys and support staff are very compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt they were very efficient in handling my matter which saved me not only time but money. I never felt in the dark and was kept apprised of the status of my situation every step of the way. My questions were few because they answered them before I even knew I had them. Mr. Negley just would not say he did not want me for a client. His paralegal (or receptionist) told me $450/hr. for consultation. He charged me $500. His receptionist told me the retainer was $7500. He charged me $8000. Then did not do anything. All the while he was playing this game with me, my kid’s life was falling into ruin. I knew he was screwing with me but I had hoped once he got the retainer, he would get serious. That did not happen. I promptly got my retainer back when requested. My kid will never have their life back. I anticipate the “It’s not my fault. I said and you didn’t
