I called them and asked about work compensation. She asked me if I lived in Bedford County. I said yes I live in Shelbyville and she said that they don't serve Shelbyville or Bedford County. I told her to hold on a second please because I want to confirm that according to the search on this Google posting, it says their location is Shelbyville which is Bedford County. Great real estate closing department. Michelle Winchester went above and beyond in helping me close on my first Tennessee rental property. Whether you are local or an out of state person like me, this firm will help you understand the process of your real estate transaction thus giving you peace of mind. Will use again.
