Our spa treatments and services include special spa packages, body scrubs, waxing and more. You can become a Mountainside Member for just $65 a month. Your membership will include one (1) 60-minute Massage Therapy session or one (1) 50-minute Organic Facial per month. You will also get special membership pricing on additional treatments, like massages, facials, waxing, and more.
Chiropractic Care can be effectively used for many things. For example, to calm the nervous system, to relieve stress and anxiety, to boost immune function, to relieve allergies, to alleviate growing pains and to prevent & relieve sports injuries. My only suggestion would be….(and I plan to ask her about this next time) I like to be heated up first, before I get adjusted, in my experience, I have found that about 50 percent of chiropractors, do this, and the other half don’t. So depending on the severity of kmy problem at that time, I still use two different doctors

Every time I go here it is an awesome experience. The team is friendly and calming, and I always feel incredible when I leave those doors.
I've tried other massage places over the years as I've moved - sometimes I've ended up closer to , but time and time again I come back to Mountainside because the service really is just that good.

Cannot speak more highly of all the staff members. I was introduced to Mountainside Spa via a co-worker (which now five of us are all customers) and if anything they understated how great of a spa this is. Dr. Kay and the rest of the staff are amazing and would highly recommend to anyone, I even take my 15 year old son here and he loves it.

Hands down, one of the best massages I've ever gotten thanks to Willie! (And that's saying a lot, because I get massages often) The spa itself is super clean, modern, and feels exactly how a spa should. I decided to treat myself to a higher end massage than I usually do for my birthday in November and was absolutely thrilled that I found this place (and Willie). Willie knows exactly what he is doing and took care of everything I asked for and more. I left my massage here feeling better than I had felt in a long time, and will be returning in the future.

One of the best spas in Salt Lake. They have handled COVID-19 guidelines very well. I feel very safe every time I visit. Dr. Kay is a wonderful chiropractor. She helped me fix a shoulder injury so I could start climbing again and fixed a leg injury so I could get running again. I also had great experiences with massages and facials.

I recently signed up for a membership and received a massage from Willie. It was by far the best medically focused on problem areas massage Ive ever gotten. Willie was very professional, conducted a pre-massage evaluation and then talked to me about a reasonable treatment plan. For the first time in months I have some relief and was able to gain range of motion in my neck. Im so grateful for his skill set and lucky to have found Willie. I highly recommend him.

BreAnn was wonderful. I had a body scrub. The hot towels were comforting. The massage on the neck, pecs, and feet was superb. I mentioned my quads were having a hard time relaxing due to a morning bike ride and she gave them some attention too. She is very knowledgeable in her massage technique, that I'm going to reschedule for those quads and IT bands.

Came in today after having to reschedule on brynlee the other day and I'm sooo happy i made it happen today! She was amazing. I always kinda don't expect top notch when using a Groupon but she really was amazing! She did everything perfectly. I have no complaints and i will most definitely be back to see her! i recommend her highly!

Went in for a 120 Mins Massage with Aromatherapy with Brynnley, it was AMAZING! She was so tentative to my needs. She really listened to my problem areas and the Aromatherapy was amazing all throughout the massage. She was a trooper the whole 120 mins. I HIGHLY recommend going and seeing her! I hope to go back soon!

I am of the mind, if I can't say something nice than don't say anything at all. But I am so bugged by my experince at Mountainside Spa I thought it worth sharing. We booked 4 massages for a girls day out-b'day celebration at 10 am. The night before we were contacted and told the appointments had to be staggered. 2 at 10, one at 1030 and one at 11. We said ok. We understood- stuff happens.. right? I took the 11 and arrived at 1045. At 11 I was told that my service was now moved to 1130 ( meaning that my friends who went before me) would now be waiting on me for at least an

My husband and I had a great experience today at Mountainside Spa. I highly recommend Amy for a 90 minute sports and/or deep tissue massage as she isn't afraid to use pressure and really work out the knots. My husband saw Christy and was very pleased as well. He said she was "artistic and strong with long elbows" Hahaha, what?!? We will be getting our massages at Mountainside from Amy & Christy from now on. Thanks, you both did a great job!

I had my first massage at Mountainside Spa last week with Tiffany and it was heaven. I was in between meetings and I was delighted that they had a 30-minute massage. I like deep tissue and Tiffany was amazing at really getting into my knots and working them out. I loved the products they used as well. I heard they have a membership plan so I will definitely be back!

I stumbled across this place while I was in the area. I had a sore neck and thought I would see if they had any appointments for later that day. I scheduled a 30 minute massage just to check this place out. IT WAS AMAZING! The music was relaxing, my massage was great, the atmosphere was perfect. I will definitely be back and I would recommend it to anyone.

My neck was hurting so I looked on yelp for somewhere I could get a massage and found this place. I definitely found the right place. From the moment I called them to schedule an appointment up until my massage was over I was treated very well. Everyone at Mountainside Spa was so friendly and my massage was excellent! My first experience with Mountainside Spa was at the Cotopaxi 5k/10k race at Alta earlier this fall. They had small stations set up for shoulder and leg massages. I waited in line for a shoulder massage and wow am I glad I did.
I recently got around to booking a full body massage with Rachel and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is professional, welcoming, and relaxing. I came in with a bit of a head cold, and Rachel offered to use some wonderful essential oils to help my sinuses- HEAVEN.
Will definitely be back, in fact I booked my next appointment directly after my massage. A great atmosphere
