I used this office last yr and was greatly disappointed in every single way from them. The treatment was bad enough, but they didnt even do their job! Didn't even file the paperwork they were supposed to until over a month later! Then misworded it and left stuff out. This firm doesnt even deserve 1 star if you ask me!
