Very rude staff! Everywhere online it says they close at 11:45. I ordered pickup online. I received an email confirmation. When I went to pick it up, I was greeted with "why are you here? we're closed!". Everyone was sitting down having a meal. I told the lady that I ordered online and was immediately shut down. Good thing I was required to pay in person so I didn't lose any money. However, she was very rude. And if you're going to have an online ordering system then make sure you turn it off before you're ready to close.

Terrible. Chicken fried rice has absolutely no flavor. Sesame chicken shouldn’t even be called chicken, it’s dough. There may be 5% total chicken in the entire dish. Ordered chicken chow mein expecting a noodle dish (if you google chow mein, noodle dishes show up), and got chicken and onions in a liquid that is inedible. would not go back.

Very good Chinese food. We had the orange chicken, chicken with broccoli, fried wontons and pork fried rice. Orange chicken was delicious, crispy and made with big pieces of real orange. Chicken and broccoli was also very good, generous portion of chicken. Try wontons were solid as well, crispy and pork in the middle. Pork fried rice equally solid, generous portions of pork and good flavor. House made mustard sauce also good. We'll definitely go back.

I've been trying to incorporate less meat into my diet so I was highly intrigued by the vegan take-out options here. I ordered the small hot and sour soup and vegan beef with broccoli. Both were incredibly delicious! After placing my order, the restaurant was gracious enough to call me to let me know that the soup contained pork which was so caring. The soup had a great spice to it that I loved. I wasn't sure on how I was going to feel about the vegan beef with broccoli, but it was sooo good. Very fresh and seasoned well and their portions were generous. I think I even preferred it more

Some of the items are good and definitely not all. The chicken broccoli is alright - not too bad. I am giving two stars for their steamed dumplings. They came out so thick and clumpy, with hardly any filling and the dough was raw. If you cut open the dumpling you could see the thickness of the dough and that it was uncooked. It was horrible! Looked like no effort was made. Just rolled it and dumped them in the bag. I really felt like they absolutely don’t care what they serve you. Dumplings are iconic and dearly loved. They have to be translucent, well steamed, the filling has to be sufficient

This place was ok with potential to be better. I haven't eaten here in over 10 years because I wasn't thrilled with the quality and I gave them another try as places have been temporarily closed due to the outbreak. They have an online system that was odd as it didn't allow for credit card payments so I decided to call my order in. My online order totaled about 37.00 but I just called in the items in my cart before hitting submit. After having placed my order and paid my card was run for 49.50. I was definitely surprised to see that the prices online didn't match the price I

I never write reviews but after ordering from this place I wanted to warn you before you make the same mistake....
Honestly, possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered the Pan Fried noodles with Shrimp/Chinese Veg with Rice on the side. The noodles were so over cooked than they were uneatable. Shrimp and veg came in a tub off thick gooey white cornstarch sauce that was disgusting! Between the noddles and shrimp/veg sauce there was zero Chinese flavor. When I realized there was no rice and I called and they said "tough luck" - if you want rice come back and get it. Wasted

We only get take out. Been going there for many years! At least 29... the food is always on time, most of the time very good. It's your basic take out Chinese. Delivery is quick and friendly. My kids love their white meat sesame chicken combo. I was getting that before they were born. My husband grew up coming here, so we took on the tradition. Although we don't live in town, I work nearby and have it delivered aNd bring it home. It's always a welcomed treat.

I came here because I was in the area and wanted some vegan friendly food. Their MO is Chinese take out, but with a variety of vegan mock meats/meals. It was hard for me to choose just one, but I had the vegan sesame chicken and the vegan beef and broccoli. The sesame mock chicken was cloyingly sweet and drowning in sauce, it was almost like a soup. The vegetables were cooked perfectly (had just a bit of bite to them) and you could tell they were fresh. The beef and broccoli was much better and the sauce was seasoned with a five spice blend that was really nice.
I'm pretty sure they mock

Since when does Shredded Pork & Pickled Cabbage soup contain: mushrooms, tree ear mushrooms, , shredded bamboo, shredded carrots, snow peas, in a thick goopy broth? SERIOUSLY??? Didn't see any cabbage.
The answer: since I ordered one from Taste of China& paid a premium price.
What I got was kind of an imitation Hot & Sour minus the tofu & egg.
We've been ordering from Taste of China since it opened way back when. It was OK for the area. This new reincarnation is worthless.
Don't bother, drive to White Plains - Boa's, Aberdeen; Hartsdale - O Mandarin, Fantasy

I can't say enough about Taste of China, their generosity while I was there, their willingness to accommodate, and their excellent food! Located in a quaint storefront, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they do have a fair amount of seating which can be hard to find in most NY Chinese restaurants!
Loving NY Chinese food, we all wanted to sample several things! We ordered for the table: Steamed Pork Dumplings, General Tso's Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, Wonton Soup, and Pork Lo Mein! The steamed dumplings are to die for with a chewy but soft texture! The chicken in the General Tso

I was here this past Labor Day, and the food was mediocre (too bland for my palate) but the service was great (the best service I've had in a Chinese take out). The cashier was friendly and even brought our food over to our table. They also serve vegan and bubble tea here, but I just got a combo plate. Also, everything was readily available at the tables (forks, chopsticks, and sauces) and even a table at the front where they provide cold water. I would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Ordered chicken fried rice, fried bean curd Home style, scallion pancakes, vegetable egg roll, and steamed chicken dumplings. The food came out pretty quick, which was perfect. The dumplings were maybe too soft, flavor was okay. Chicken fried rice was standard, as were the egg roll and scallion pancakes. The home style bean curd was marked spicy but, while it had a nice flavor, I wouldn't call it spicy.
Didn't try their bubble tea, but overall this place was a good call for standard Chinese takeout. We both said we'd come back!
