Not fair with appraisals. Avoid at all cost. Got second appraisal and it was way above theirs.

Massively undervalued our home. Classified our home as 2 bed 1 bath while clearly taking and recording all 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Comps were terrible and seem to blindly chosen. Had to wait over 3 weeks to get the appraisal back which ended up being 5 days before our closing. Not sure if inexperienced at appraisals or completely ignorant of the market but I hope that they are not part of your real estate experience. If they are expect that you will have to close late and pay additional fees to get an accurate appraisal.

Did not answer the phone, called 7 times before I could get an answer from him and when he did answer he didn’t even take the time to get my information to pull up the property. He didn’t do his homework on the comps and massively undervalued our house. I would 10/10 never recommend him for appraisal services. The most unprofessional and annoying situation.
