I went to Kelley law after I was in an auto accident. Everything seemed to be going well until it was found I needed neck surgery. I was missing work which I was told would be covered due to the injury. I was told on 4-5 different occasions by Kelley Law that my surgery was approved and would be moving forward. When I informed my work of the needed time off I was let go. A week later I found out that from the surgeon that the person who hit me did not have enough insurance to cover the needed surgery. I was satisfied with the services that was supposed to be provided. They never returned my phone calls, I had to spoke with different people at the firm regarding me concerns. The doctors they referred me to was only concerned with getting paid. After deciding 3 weeks into them representing that I no longer wanted them as an attorney they put a 33.3% lien on my settlement.
