Builders Insurance Service

This company is simply harassing me with their daily, sometimes few times a day ,SPAM ROBO CALLS to my business!!!!
I never heard of them, never contacted them for service. Will file a complaint with the BBB

As a local insurance Agent, I have worked with BIS for 4 years. They are an upstanding, highly rated company that I write almost all of my contractor clients with. They have recently been the victim of social engineering where someone has taken possession of their name and is using it to scam people. This is in no way the fault of BIS. They will continue to provide contractors with great policies hat provide peace-of-mind for a great value.

Got a scam call from someone pretending to be them. Just rated 5 ☆ bc I feel bad for all of the bad publicity this company has received for something they can't help

Keep getting ROBO calls from BIS Insurance - this needs to stop! if this is not them they need to put an end to this - not good for their company

If I could simply give this company a zero or a negative number of stars I would. We had been with them 9 years since we opened our construction company. They dropped us earlier this year after realizing we do a small amount of restoration work on water damages but have never had a claim in the nearly decade we’ve been with them. If dropping us wasn’t enough, they then audited the business for previous years even though we were no longer with them. They are now demanding we pay another $4000 in premiums or turn us into collections for insurance that we never used. Absolute no integrity in this

Repeated tele-marketing calls and refusal to take me off their calling list as requested. Spoofing phone numbers in order not to be blocked. Wouldn't give them one star but the review forces me to.

Scam!!! Don't know how I get on their list to call but they call at least 15 times a day, sometimes they respond sometimes they just hang up. I've tried being nice and I've been aggressive with asking them to stop calling me. They just hang up and call back later! Fn Scammers!

Unfortunately, this company is the victim of a scam. Another group is using their name as a false front for insurance.
However, I have used Builders Insurance for several years now. Their customer support is awesome. In the convoluted world of insurance, its nice to know that this group is actively working for and with their clients.
I would recommend giving them a try.
