I just wanted to post a review of this shop which I used for the first time last week. I was looking to print business cards, and I had a number of questions about paper stock, finish, file formats, etc. Despite being in the throes of a massive number of jobs associated with the Primary Elections, Ron and Saul took time to patiently work with me and respond promptly to emails. This has to be one of the most friendly and customer focused businesses I've been to. I can't recommend them enough.

This is my 17th year teaching, but my first year teaching 8th graders, and I wanted to have new posters made for my classroom. I came across Heights Print Store and I am SO thankful I did!!!! They made these posters for me, and the quality is stunning! The paper is extremely high quality and thick, and the images are gorgeous! The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were also extra kind to me because I'm an educator. I will be back!!

Won't go here again and it's a shame because I came here before and it wasn't that bad. I am not a business owner but I do have a home office where I do all of my printing. I only needed 5-6 pages printed because my printer crapped out on me. A man came out, hardly greeted me, it was more like a "what do you want look". I told him what I needed and he said unless you need 50 pages or more then we are too busy. I looked at him with confusion and said, "seriously?". He said they were too swamped to print 6 pages for me. I really like giving back to local businesses

I must say that the customer service I received here today was outstanding! This was my first time here & as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by two awesome staff members. They were very respectful & friendly, fun & manage to get my requested services completed in no time! This is THE BEST print store in AND around the Heights area. Ron, Sal, and John will be sure to assist you in whatever you need. I've been in a bind many times and due to their help I was able to get the job done. Wow. We submitted files for print on Friday to be ready on Tuesday. We paid, talked to the store on the phone, and were good to go. Monday, the day before prints are due, I call them just to double-check they had no problems with our files (they were pretty detailed).
The level of unprofessionalism and absolute rudeness blew my mind. Not only did they not contact me when they had problems with our files (they said they weren't outlined, but they were), but I was told they are unable to print them at all. THE DAY BEFORE WE NEED THEM! AH! Now I have to rush and pay ridiculous print fees elsewhere

I ordered two For Lease signs at this place, and I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. First, they signs were supposed to be ready on Thursday, and when I went to the store to pick them up, I was told that they were not ready with no apologies. I was told to come back the next day. I went back today to pick them up, and they were done wrong. They were supposed to be done in two colors, but they were done all in black. When I told the person there, he became angry with me, and used offensive language, like "Stop talking" and "Don't be a girl

Great place and employe was really nice and helpful! I just moved into The N.Main area so I'm new around here.. I was looking to print something out ASAP. I was driving around looking for a big name place because I'm new to this side.. But I seen the building big bold letters.. I stopped and service was quick, the guy had a great attitude. I will definitely be using this place more often:)
