Natialia and the staff were great. Service was amazing and they check on us daily. In over 27 years of using copier services for events, they are the best. The machines worked perfectly and anytime we had I problem I could call them and they would be there as fast as they could get there. They are the best. This is not a Houston based company. It is an Austin based company trying to do business in Houston. The name is misleading.Terry Bogner and his team of one wasted an important amount of our time trying to land a sale. When we requested to see their facilities and have references we never heard back from the guy. Their Galleria "office" is just a suite to receive mail. Nobody works from there.
When we did our research we selected OnDemand. Very established in town, large facilities and good local references and has provided good service.

One of my clients was in the market for new copiers for their business. Terry went above and beyond helping us for over 6 months to walk us through the in's and out's of researching new copy equipment. After months worth of investigations and numerous bids from various companies, we choose Houston Copier. Fantastic company and a pleasure to work with. Terry has been there for us since the first call handling all of our requests and ensuring all of our requirements were met. When I needed to rush a delivery due to an issue at the office he was able to not only rush the delivery but offer additional options in the interim. The installation itself went smoothly and anytime any questions were raised or issues came up the installation team took the time to contact me and verify our needs and then stayed as long as it took to ensure all functions of the copier were working and the staff were trained.

Great customer service all around. Terry was extremely responsive and easy to work with. It took less than a week for us to negotiate a contract and sign a lease for a new MFP. Terry listened to my needs and didn't try to upsell me on a "fancier model" with "all the bells and whistles" like some of the other companies had been trying to do. Scheduling a delivery was just as painless. Luis came yesterday and set us up without a hitch. Even with some of the issues we had with individual laptops, Luis had a work around and was able to troubleshoot the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick
