I am giving 2 stars because to be fair, Martian did his best to be helpful and did provide good customer service but the quality of product was very disappointing. The boxes were made in India and were very dirty with footprints and blood streaks(?) on some of them. A good portion of my order was unusable, they were creased and the print coloring was very inconsistent. I had to discard 600 boxes. I got a credit for $300 but that didn't nearly cover my loss.

"The crazy fast turnaround time " was promised, "late shipment and unapologetic rude customer service " was delivered.
We ordered customized paper product from Paper Bird for an event. The products were badly produced and only delivered days after the confirmed delivery date. Paper Bird's response was " too bad! but we can't take them back, as they are customized with the event name" . Exactly ! It would be nice if we could have used them at the event , instead of having them sitting in the office.

Prefer to give no stars but system won't allow. Poorly made, over half of the boxes we received were not able to be used. They were creased, the seams didn't stick, the plastic window popped out, the tab closures were not symmetrical making the boxes difficult to assemble. Very poor customer service. Will not use or recommend Paperbird again.
