I would give this place 10 stars!! I just started new clothing boutique in Town square called Alluring Couture by Rhea. I was in need of everything you could think of. Business cards, flyers,logos and a huge 8x10 selfie banner for a wall inside my store. Jorge is the designer there and he helped me with everything from A to Z! He was very professional, personable,friendly and on top it! The pricing was totally worth it and not to mention everything for the most part could be done same day. I would highly recommend

Digital Insights has done all our printing for our business for the past 8 years, since we opened. They have always provided exemplary service with fair pricing. Same day printing available!! If you need printing in Henderson this is the place to use. I called Vince a number of times and he was so helpful in helping me get my orders placed. Due to Covid the office is close to customers but I was able to drive by and get a sample of the paper I needed. They have shorter hours due to Covid but still offer same day service if you get your order placed and paid for before noon. The service is affordable and quality great. I was very satisfied was the quality of the flyers I received. I will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys SAVED my DAY. Needed a RUSH order on Biz cards for a Client of mine. Called Digital Insight. SIMPLE process. Sent 1 email got an invoice and my card were ready SAME DAY. Unreal. These guys are my go-to for business cards. Even if placing my order just before lunch they're done the same day. Not sure what the formal cut-off time may be but they're quick, have great quality and their prices beat most online shops. Feels good to support a local biz with local folks working there.

Had not used this company before, I called them from an Out of State number, and before I could even identify that i was a potential client, the user on the other end of the phone starts yelling Solicitor Calling, Solicitor Calling, how very rude, then i told him I was a potential client and his tone changed. Unreal! They must have plenty of business. In this day in age you never know what area code is going to call you. I can appreciate the amount of SPAM calls my business gets in a day, but REALLY, you start start off your first impression yelling into the phone????

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Most horrible service given by their owners Robert and Vincent. Completely unhappy with their work and their customer service. I will never go to them again and highly recommend everybody else to go someplace else. I ordered 500 business cards and requested a sample, before purchasing a few hundred of them and was DENIED!
I then had to place my order anyway and of course they came out wrong. BECAUSE I WAS DENIED A SAMPLE to begin with and couldn't make sure everything looked good!

Usually I do not write any reviews but this time was a must! I printed out 16 sets of business cards and 250 brochures, the quality was great and the service from Joe was absolutely amazing. I found out after picking up the brochures that they had a small problem,
I called Joe and right away no questions asked, he told me to come back and he took care of it in no time, he even returned me the money for coming back and forth. Great printing great pricing exceptional customer service!

I’ve been going back to this company since my first order because the quality of their product is great, they are so helpful, friendly, and fast with their services. Projects are ready on the same day! I remember Joe walked me through setting up my files correctly, I now have a document preset for when I send files to them. I moved out of state but still go to them for printing. It’s always worrisome trying to find a good and reliable printing company, specially online. This is the best! If you’re new at this like I am, they will help you figure out your needs, no overselling, no nonsense

Not a great experience at all and I don't recommend.
I called yesterday, and spoke to Vince and let him know I needed a vinyl printed for our door and also was interested in getting quotes for other material. I asked if it would be best to email him or go in. He said I could go in and show him what I needed, I asked what time he closed and he said 5.
At 4:30 I went in and asked to speak to Vince and let him know I called earlier. I brought in a folder of the items I needed and he looked at them for all of 30 seconds and asked me to email him and walked away.

I needed a 22" x 28" poster for school printed ASAP and I called Digital Insight Printing to see how fast they could print one for me. I saw you could order online but I needed to print a photoshopped picture that I quickly made and was worried about the sizing. They told me I could come in with the picture on a flash drive and they would make sure the sizing was correct. Vince helped me and made sure I was happy with how it would look and they were able to finish it in a couple hours! Overall: happy with product, happy with prices, and happy with customer service!

Flew in from Los Angeles and needed a full color 3'x6"size banner for a trade show. I had a digital file sent from our marketing and got to Digital Insight at noon. They were able to pull it off in a few hours same day and did a quality job. Don't waste your time with some of these small corner places where they don't do work in the house.
This place is legit, well equipped with the right kind of staff and professionals. And to top it off their prices were excellent.

This 5 star review is long overdue. I really owe it to these guys. I've been doing business together with them for a couple years now. These guys are not only the best print shop in Vegas but the best anywhere I've found. I conduct business in multiple states and other places always try to screw us over by up-charging us and outsourcing our work and making us wait to get it back. Not here! They get our work done within 24 hours or less because they do it in house. Great quality. Super fast. And extremely convenient to do business with. Best printing company in Vegas, we use for every job. Customer service is great! We had a misunderstanding once about an approval and the job was not started when we came to pick up. But the staff is so awesome that they turned the machines back on just to get it done for us! What more can you ask for!

I am THRILLED that I found Digital Insight. I do a lot of printing for my company as a MarCom Manager. I'm a one-man band, working from my home satellite office. I've only used them once but the customer service was a rare treat.
Due to some miscommunication my job wouldn't be available for pick up till Monday, after learning that my business cards were needed for an event on Sunday, Rob went the distance and made sure I got my cards, even though they were closed.
Any Company that puts this much effort into a $30 order, definitely gets five stars from me.
