Kristin Creegan was incredible! I live in New York City and was interested in buying a condo in Orlando. She was responsive, organized, and was open to working with me remotely until I could take the trip and look at properties. When I did arrive to go on the hunt, she had twelve properties lined up to see, which included full descriptions and scheduled visits in a weekend. Kristin also is very knowledgeable about the market, and would send me information about the Orlando market, the condo market, and appreciation rates on a regular basis. Kristin did find the condo that I ended up purchasing
