Garrik graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree, from the University of Iowa in 2007. He also received a 4-year Dental Research Award, where he worked with the Iowa Root Growth Study. Ashlynn has been serving the communities of Williamsburg and Cedar Rapids for the last five years in private practice.

Services
Dr. Ashlynn Amelon grew up in Coralville, Iowa. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2009 with a degree in biology and a certificate in public health. She received her dental degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Amelon chose to help the underserved by practicing at the Davenport Community Health Center.
Dr. Natalie Syrbu grew up in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota where she attended Hamline University, a small school in St. Paul. She received her dental degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Syrbu also completed a general practice residency at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, where she gained valuable experience in all areas of dentistry, including implant dentistry and sleep dentistry.

Dr. Amelon is amazing! She makes you feel very comfortable, explaining each step in her procedure. Great (20/10!) experience with a recent cavity filling. Hygienists and assistants are all very friendly and personable. As a newer patient of this practice, I continue to be impressed with each of my visits and am so glad to have found Jones Family Dentistry. Highly recommend!
