Regular nose-to-tail wellness exams, early detection, and age-specific assessments help keep your pet healthy. Early detection using diagnostic testing provides a complete picture of your pet's health, improving outcomes, and providing baseline results. Our team consists of highly trained veterinarians who offer a full array of advanced services in various veterinary disciplines.
5 Points Animal Hospital provides comprehensive treatment services, hospitalization, and critical care for pet emergencies. Our animal emergency center is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and technologies to help our veterinary experts assess your pet's health. If your pet requires a service that we cannot provide, we'll refer you to an appropriate 24-hour urgent care center.
A pet's first visit to the vet can seem a bit daunting, so we've put together a list of info and resources to help you prepare. At your first appointment, we will gather information about your pet's background, health, diet, and training. We can also address any questions or concerns you might have.
We are proud to offer 24/7 access to your pet's latest medical records and prescriptions using our online portal and mobile app. By using the PetPage app or online portal, you can easily view upcoming procedures and services for your pet, manage appointments, and request prescription refills. While we do find that the PetPage app and online portal are useful to our customers, you are welcome to contact us.
Pet insurance works well in cases of injury and illness, whereas wellness plans cover preventative care exams and basic wellness visits. Pet insurance premiums are typically paid on a monthly basis and can be used to help offset some of your pet's treatment costs. When using pet insurance, payment is due when services are rendered and then your insurance company will reimburse you if applicable.

My dog is like most - very skeptical of the vet - but his experiences here have been so positive! The vet techs convince him he’s in a safe space. Dr. Windham was wonderful - explained everything, answered all questions, and got back to me quickly once we had lab work back. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her, and this entire staff!

We had taken our cat to another well recommended vet in town but we were not getting any results and our kitty continued to suffer. Finally we tried Five Points and we are SO glad we did. Dr. Murray and her tech were amazing handling our girl and clearly explaining what was happening. We now have a plan and we will return soon for our follow up treatment. I have been looking for an animal hospital where the doctors dedicate quality time to their patients and owners, I finally found it.
Their staff, from their receptionist to the manager, are professional, responsible and respectful. The doctors and vet techs are amazing, one of my dogs have surgery recently and she was treated with all the love my pet deserves. I’m very satisfied with their services, thank you Five Points Animal Hospital.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Due to Dr. Good’s carelessness and/or lack of knowledge, my dog is permanently disabled; she will never be able to hear again. We brought Ms. Alice, our Chihuahua Terrier rescue, to 5 Points Animal Hospital for more than four years and were trusting and loyal customers who only had great things to say about Dr. Grace and the team. Dr. Good destroyed all that. Do not see him under any circumstance.
UPDATE: It took THREE MONTHS to hear back from Dr. Good, who was well aware of our crisis and showed zero compassion. His response only came after I posted this negative review

I had a fantastic experience with the receptionist who first answered my call, sent me links to forms, called me back to work my pup in earlier and ensure we got the best care as soon as possible.
The vet tech was wonderful, empathetic to our first visit and Johnny not feeling well. She was very thoughtful and engaging with her questions.
The vet was quick to see us, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Every step of the way we were well attended to. Excellent balance of professional and caring. This went from an urgent, one time visit to our new vet.
