The worst thing about Brand My Stuff is the communication. You either get no response or half a response to emails. On the phone they can't be bothered to discuss things and ask you to email them. We were trying to order tshirts and polos for our company and were unsuccessful multiple times due to lack of communication from Eric. I would highly recommend to not even bother contacting them and go somewhere else. Their prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and go with a company who actually cares about their customers.

I am very disappointed with this company and definitely do not recommend for your printing needs. About a week ago, we sent in artwork for printing and were promised to have the job done by Wednesday (2 days ago.) After calling and texting Monday, tuesday, and Wednesday, we show up (today) Friday and Eric is not there. His assistant calls him and he says he is not able to complete the job until next week. This isn't a flexible order, we need the shirts by this weekend and when we asked for the blank shirts we had picked out so that we can take them to another printer he would not give us those

This place is HORRIBLE AS FAR AS RELIABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT RECOMMEND THERES PLENTY OF BETTER PLACES IN THE VICINITY, SO DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE. I had to get a refund because they prolonged making our shirts for over a week and everytime they said it was gonna be ready it wasnt! Which we needed for our GRAND OPENING HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
