When dealing with a divorce, such as an uncontested divorce or a collaborative divorce, or when dealing with another family law related issue, such as alimony or paternity, you need to be confident that you have an experienced advocate on your side that you can fully trust. At our firm, we recognize the stress associated with this area of the law and the personalized way in which it will affect you.
There is no consultation fee for criminal and juvenile delinquency matters. There is a $300.00 initial consultation fee for all family law matters, however, your retainer will be reduced by the amount of the consultation fee should you retain the lawyer. The attorney will meet with you at your initial consultation in an effort to determine how complicated your particular case is.

I will not recommend Weiffenbach, the time we spent with him he talked about his family, I had to call several time to check up on the documentation for court hearings. Walking to the court house, he asked me what my case was about. He repeated himself in the court house, obviously had no idea what my case was about. He had no idea what I was asking for during a child custody case. Even afterwards he never notified me of proper documentation that was needed to close the case. It was a waste of money and a waste of time. I definitely didn't pay that much money for a lawyer to ask me what this case
