Services
It's never too early to get your child started on the path toward a lifetime of good oral health, and there are many services we provide to do exactly that. Monitoring your child's dental growth and development, and preventing and intercepting dental diseases along the way, is a primary focus of our practice.

She has been in practice since 1990 and has practiced pedodontics in Reston and Ashburn for several years.
Our experienced staff is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your child's needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Each member of our team is certified in X-ray and CPR, and have received special training to treat children; especially those with dental fears.
It includes descriptions of our office location, including a map and directions, hours, appointmentscheduling, insurance acceptance and billing policies. As your child's dentist our goal is simple - we want your child to have the most pleasant experience; taking the fear out of dentistry, while building a sense of responsibility for their teeth; the benefits of which will last them a lifetime.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Our office accepts most major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover etc.) for your convenience.

My wife and I have been taking our son here, and the entire staff is AMAZING. We had to have a procedure done on our 7 month old son that was intimidating for us as parents, and the experience was so much easier due to the impeccable bedside manner of Dr. Britto and her op assistant who I cannot remember her name but she was wonderful. Dr. Britto is the most amazing pediatric dentist in the state of Virginia, bar none. I commend Dr. Mala Britto for running such an excellent office and having the best and brightest young people to assist her in the clinic and at the front desk!! Farnaz, Katherine

Dr. Britto is always doing everything she can to help save our son’s teeth. We are foster (almost adoptive parents) to twin 9 year old boys. One of the boys has horrible teeth and we spend a lot of time in Dr. Britto’s offices working the treatment plan.
The office staff is super friendly, extremely helpful, and always responsive. Even with all of the new restrictions in place, everything still moved along smoothly.

Received a second opinion here. Our previous dentist was unable to get X-rays for my five year old but Dr Britto’s staff was able to without any issues. Dr Britto spent a lot of time with me going over the xrays while the tech skillfully distracted my daughter. When she did need to get some work done, the staff stayed late on a Friday night to squeeze us in and make sure my daughter did not go the weekend in pain.
The front desk staff is equally amazing-making sure I understand the treatment plan, insurance processing, and appointment scheduling.

Has great "cleaning". Moved to a family dentistry and learned that they only polish teeth. They don't make an effort to clean to teeth. I also got an appliance that they called a "spacer". I don't think I needed it nor did it help with what they claimed it did. After I got it out, there was still cement stuck to my teeth. Over a year later, it is still there. All they want is your money, not good smiles. 0/10 would not recommend. After moving to a different dentistry have I actually notice the difference.
