Services
Growing up in the Dallas neighborhood of Lake Highlands, Terry was always collecting animals: horses, cows, raccoons, roosters and dogs. He constantly built and disassembled items, marveling at the internal mechanics and physics. He worked in the kennel for White Rock Animal Clinic from the time he was fourteen, given responsibilities and privileges beyond the scope of his job.
If you seek the highest standards in compassionate, state-of-the-art veterinary care, bring your pet to North Dallas Veterinary Hospital, a respected AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) accredited hospital. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust as a provider of everything from preventive wellness care to emergency veterinary services.
Our experienced veterinarians and staff offer the best in care and service from your pet's earliest days as a puppy or kitten through senior wellness care. From the design of our hospital to the selection of our team, everything we do is to insure the comfort and well being of our patients and their owners.
We are proud to provide Dallas, TX, and the surrounding communities with lodging services. We take pride in providing your pet with a clean and friendly environment. We understand that it takes a great deal of trust to leave your pet with someone else, which is why we want to ensure your confidence in us.
Dental care is vital to the overall health of any animal. Dental disease leads to health issues with the heart, liver, and kidneys, and can affect the entire body through the bloodstream. In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population in Dallas, TX.

I've been taking my dog here for years and have had positive experiences every time I go. The admin team is friendly, the techs are awesome and all of the Vets we have had appointments with over the years are the best.

Our dog started having seizures after eating something in the trash. North Dallas provided excellent care to her, kept us fully informed of what was going on, and showed compassion to my 19 year old son, who was worried that his dog would not make it. At the end of the day, two days really, Princess pulled through. I was blown away by the professionalism and humanity shown by everyone there.

We get Goldie, our Australian Shepherd bathed and groomed every 8-10 weeks. She always comes home looking so beautiful! And, she does not experience the itching that sometimes follows a bath. Thank you NDVH for taking such good care of our girl!

Dr. Ford was amazing. He took care of my Annie girl and he took his time with us, making sure that I understood everything. He was very considerate of my financial situation. I have already posted on my Facebook page about how great he is. He is very compassionate and made me feel at peace about my girl.

I brought our new puppy in for his first visit. The Veterinary Doctor and assistant were stellar and very pleasant to visit with. Highly recommend her. However, when the receptionist came back to collect payment, she walked in and noticed a brown bag on top of my for carrier and said, "someone is getting some goodies". I told her the contents of the brown bag contained the remains of my dog that had passed. Heck, they just gave me the remains. A couple minutes later, the receptionist noticed some peanut butter in the corner, out of her eyesight, and stated she was referencing that, as the goodies

Dr. Hudson is an amazing vet. She was able to examine and gain our dog's confidence. He is old and terrified of vets usually.

We love North Dallas Veterinary Hospital! The reception staff are always helpful and nice. Both of our dogs have been going to Dr. Hudson since they were puppies. Dr. Hudson consistently takes the time to explain our dogs health and walk us through the best solutions for them. She is patient and so kind.

I have been bringing my elderly dog to North Dallas Veterinary Hospital for a couple of years. Recently my dog began to have difficulty walking so we brought her into the vet. The tech told us she had a really high fever and went to grab the vet. The vet came in took a quick look at our dog (did not listen to her heart or lungs) and stated that she was old and at this point there was nothing more that could be done. Obviously, she is a vet and she knows what she was doing, but it was very disheartening to watch her glance over my otherwise healthy dog and say there is nothing that can be done,

I just moved to Texas and am so fortunate to have found this vet who is close to our new home. Before I was able to take him for his first appointment, my dog had something wrong with his eye. They were able to get him in within 36 hours. When I arrived, they were so friendly, easily took my previous vet records, and took my dog on time for the appointment. Dr. Caraway and the technician (Katie?) were so nice to my dog and I and they explained things as they looked at my dog. Dr. Caraway gave us options and was understanding. I look forward to our well visit in a month and know that they will take
