I just called to get my elderly mother's records sent to her new perio, since she has moved across the country. The receptionist first told me that "we don't send records," and 'there was nothing to send."
I had to remind her that a) the records BELONG to the patient and b) after going to my perio for years, I know HE would have somethng to send to a new dentist. Then she decided there were indeed records that could be sent!?!
Also told me that they can't send anything electronically, only through the mail.

I have dental phobia, so going to the dentist is not only my least favorite thing to do, it's also downright scary.
BUT, it's a lot less scary because of Dr. Snyder and his fantastic staff.
Everyone is so nice and warm (in addition to being exceptionally professional), and no one has yelled at me about the condition of my teeth. (My dental phobia kept me away from any dentist at all for almost 10 years, and things got a little out of control in that time.) I am never made to feel guilty or embarrassed for my discomfort. Instead, everyone is as gentle and soothing as possible, and I

They just moved into Suite 400 [one floor up]. It's not only very classy & comfortable, but very 2020 .. digital xrays w/the flat screens in the rooms...all the bells & whistles a dental office needs in 2011. The staff are phenomenal - Dr Snyder couldn't find a better group of professionals to run his front & back office. If you're looking for a new dentist - they are in Towson - so easy to get to...Try them out!!
