The area is really good, building are nice, grounds kept well. If I had to complain about something it would be the amount of ants/anthills everywhere...and maybe the price going up kinda fast over the years. The people that run this place are amazing though, and attentive (Trish and Devin!!), and our major heroes Derrick and Emiliano are the best - always make sure things are done well. Thanks V@HC!!

I've been here since February and it's been a wonderful experience. Trish, Devin & Amy have been amazing. Whenever I need to go to the office, they are very pleasant, personable and professional. Special thanks & kudos to Trish for her assistance with a personal matter. Anytime I need anything fixed, maintenence is always very nice and professional. You guys are awesome!!

The staff here has been absolutely amazing! The maintenance team, Emilio and Derrick, go above and beyond for this complex on and off the clock! They are super friendly and hard workers! The issues I have had in the past year (garbage disposal, dryer, AC) were all very promptly taken care of whether I contacted the front office or just happened to see them outside. Devin up in the office has also been the best leasing/property manager I have gotten to work with in Central Florida! He has always had very clear and open communication with both me and my out-of-state guarantor from the beginning,

We moved in 4 months ago and are very Pleased! Maintenance items are resolved very quickly. Thank you Mr. Derrick for taking care of the last short list I especially appreciate the safety lock installed on the entry door to keep my little one inside and safe. I would be remiss to fail to mention Mr. E who is always available to answer a question or just to say Hello! Both Derrick and Mr. E are extremely friendly. Then in the office we have Ms. Trish and Mr. Devon. For every question I have posed I have received detailed answers. The grounds here are very nice, what's not to love about tall trees

I wanted to commend the staff here at The Verandahs at Hunt Club. They are all very respectful and attentive to any issues that may have come up or repairs needed. Devin and Trish in the office, are both an awesome asset to this community, and very quickly improved the living conditions and landscaping, along with Derrick and Emilio in maintenance, who both promptly respond to any issues or repairs in my home. I have been here almost 2 years. Great team.

We have lived here for about 2 months. It is very quiet and our floor plan is great. Lots of space. And what makes it even better is the cute maintenance supervisor Mr. E, as well as Derrick. They are always running to our rescue (literally). Devin at the office is great too. I highly recommend living here!!

I really, really appreciate the work both Emilio and Derrick have done for our apartment. They’re both quick, efficient, respectful..funny too! Devin at the office is also great and super helpful! All around good communication. So far living at the Verandahs has been a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment itself I would give it 3/5, the construction is anywhere from 20-30 yrs and the inside has been renovated about 3-4 years back. The complex can use some tweaking here and there but that's really up to the management. The upkeep of the unit itself is not the best but not the worst either, it's clean but not well enough so work orders needs to be addressed. The neighbors seem quiet and the grounds appear safe which is a real plus however there are times when the music blasts, (the ones with the bass and who doesn't care about others kind of music) which would otherwise

We recently moved from the Verandah’s after being residents there for 3 years. The Verandah’s will always have a special place in our heart as it was our very first apartment here in the Sunshine State, as my wife and I moved here to follow our dreams. With that being said, I am going to give the most honest review that I can with pictures and a video clip that show what some of the other reviews have touched on and my own thoughts as well.

Very great location, close to parks, stores and great schools. Office staff Devin and Lenora are always polite and eager to help. Always using masks and ensuring COVID safety is a priority. Matienence is great, especially Emilliano, he is visable daily maintaining the property and quickly responds to work orders. Pest control cones every week, just have to let the office know to put you on the list. Overall nice apartment community!

I am so overwhelmed and frustrated with this complex and the customer service here. I've been back and forth to the office ever since I've moved in in April, which has only been 2 months. Which was a dead end I may add. I have complained about the ceiling in the kitchen leaking that they can't seem to get fixed, which by now probably has mold. To coming home last night to hundreds of bugs by my front door apartment. Which I have complained about already by the way, and was told by the MANAGER that since it's outside it's nothing they can really do. BS!!! Along with other

WARNING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved to the Verandahs in August 2014. The property setting is beautiful and management staff is nice. However, my complaint is with the upkeep of the apartments. The day I moved into my unit, I had to literally kill spiders and clear away spider webs before I could even get into the front door. I was under the impression that the apartment had been cleaned and ready for me to move in, but to my surprise it wasn't. The quest bathroom was half cleaned. The tub was filthy. The entire apartment had a musty/mildew smell. The kitchen was half cleaned as well

I have been living at this complex for two years now and only this long because we are saving for a house.
First off be prepared to be ripped off!! There are TONS of hidden fees. For example: lets say rent is $825, you have to pay $10 PER CAR for parking permits, you pay for your parking sticker, your gate card (Gate never works) you pay water, sewer, pest control, and pet fees (deposit AND monthly).
The kicker is that you have a 30 day satisfaction period, but you don't get your bill until 45 days later. The water bill charges you a "base fee" plus whatever else you use!
