The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. I've lived here since Sept. 2021. It has been absolutely fabulous! We signed a lease the first day we visited because of the amazing customer service from Richard Narea. When moving in we did have a small debacle but Richard has been a god-send with our move and has assured us that we are in good hands, he fixed and attended to the issue right away. We absolutely love our unit and can always rely on Richard and the maintenance team to help us when needed. 10/10 would recommend working with Richard N. and the reliable team and moving to The Alexander at Sabal Point Apartments.

The place is very wonderful and the people who work in the office are excellent. When you ask them to help in something, they are very cooperative and as soon as possible to meet your needs, but unfortunately I will leave this beautiful place because the prices have become very expensive, thank you all to the team Alexander sabal point ❤️❤️❤️

Renter BEWARE of this trash “luxury apartment” scheme. We lived here for one LONG year just waiting to move out. Initially they show you an amazing apartment, they are very friendly and show you the community so they get you with that. But once you move it the real problems start there. Day one we already had issues. Just to name some: Walls are paper thing you can hear EVERYTHING from the washer machine above to then even talking, constant maintenance issues all the time, light constantly burning out, A/C unit breaks down, fridge door handle broke, closet shelf broke down, dirty balcony, dirty

A shout out to Ronda Rivera! We looked at a ton of apartments before choosing The Alexander. One of the main reasons we selected this property was because of Ronda. Her professionalism and knowledge far surpassed anyone we spoke with at other communities. We were able to genuinely connect with her; she listened, helped and encouraged us along the way. Very happy with our experience dealing with Ronda - as well as Anthony. He was kind, gracious and funny! Great Team- those two.

I really enjoy living here! Its a very well kept beautiful property! When I was on the search for a new place, I worked with Anthony from the leasing office & he was very helpful & informative about all the amenities n perks. I was a bit nervous about moving into a new complex but he definitely made me feel at home! Very glad I made the choice to move in !

I rarely ever write a review for anything. My family and I are currently living in a not so great apartment with a leasing staff that treats you like a number. We have been apartment searching for the better part of a month trying to find the right fit. We didn't want to deal with the same problems again. This was the last apartment we looked at and let me tell you......WOW!!! It had everything we needed. It was at the right price and Richard was very busy when we came to visit, but fit us in anyway. I'm glad he did. We applied that night and will be moving in next week. We are so excited and looking
