This is an outstanding dental practice that goes above and beyond. Dr McCauley is an absolutely amazing and skilled dentist and everyone who works here is professional and pleasant. My family and I have had all kinds of dental work done at this office - from cleanings, fillings, crowns and implants- and every situation is handled with expertise, care and personalized attention. My first visit to the office was for a second opinion (I've worked in the dental field for over 14 years myself). And I must say Dr McCauley definitely knows his stuff! And his staff is outstanding. This is the best dentist I have been to in palm beach county. The staff is super nice and welcoming. I went here for second opinion from another dentist that quoted me $8k in work and turns out my teeth are just fine. It's

After searching for a new dentist I’m very pleased with Dr McCauley and his entire staff. They are very professional, caring and clean, and I really can’t praise them enough. I dreaded going to the dentist. For my procedure I needed shots and I didn’t even feel them. It was painless. I was treated very well and I’m very happy with the results! I highly recommend Dr McCauley and his staff (Diana and Kim and Lynn).

Dr. Mccauley is the pits. I made an appointment for a pain free wisdom tooth extraction. I made it abundantly clear that I only had coverage for an extraction, that the tooth was a problem because I had to extract food after every meal, and the odor of the food was embarrassing. I made clear that there was no aesthetic need for an implant. each time the nurse pushed it.
This was a bait and switch and I didn't go back after he extracted the remnants of the chipped tooth. My insurance company did not even pay for the extraction because of the billing.

I am a true dental phobic. My teeth were chipping and looked awful I had a lot of silver and my mouth was just deteriorating. Dr McCauley took care of me before. He and his staff are all wonderful. He just capped my front upper teeth- and with the anesthesia my phobia was eliminated. Thanks Dr Mark and all your staff who made me proud to smile

I had been going to this dentist's office for several years since he was a covered provider under my insurance plan. My husband had gone in and gotten an insane quote for dental work so he refused to go back especially when another dentist on the plan told him the contracted charge was a 1/3 of what he was quoted. Truthfully, I never met the man until May of this year. I thought that was rather strange that the dentist never bothered to check my teeth but

This is the best dentist within 50 miles of Delray Beach. Trust me. I have been searching for a quality dentist in Palm Beach and Broward County for 10 years. Thank god I found these guys two years ago.
I have had a ton of work done, it has been as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be.
Beverly, Vicki and Dr. McCauley are an amazing team. I can't thank them enough.
They even have a "premedication" station in the front. It's filled with amazing whiskey.

This is a full service dentistry that is very efficient in using the right people for the appropriate job. No, you won't always see Dr. McCauley, but the person who takes care of you will be very efficient and professional and know what they're doing.
Dr. McCauley is however, very professional and goes about the task inspiring confidence.
Only reason they got 4 stars is the constant annoying mails, texts, and so on repeatedly reminding you of your appointment. They say they can't do anything about it, but I haven't had that problem elsewhere.

and handling precisely all of the extensive dental work that I need. I have had to have teeth
pulled, bone grafts, bottom dental bridge and will now be getting some implants. I have nothing but praise for him and his staff.

Do not believe the good reviews for this dentist. Went to his office as a new patient, to get a cleaning and new patient evaluation, and never even saw the dentist. I have to wonder if there is even a dentist at this practice, the technican both took the x-rays and evaluated them (i guess you don't need to go to dental school for that?)

I had a great dentist up north and was looking for the same quality when I moved to South Florida.
I had several cleanings (which were painless and thorough) before needing actual work done. I must say how pleased I am that I can get the same quality of care that I became used to. Such skill and experience in Doctor and assistants.
I recommended Dr McCauley to my husband and he had a good experience also.
The staff is very friendly. There is a burbon cabinet for those patients who want to chase away the jitters being at the dentist cause.

He's a good doctor and still a good guy. Staff is very educated and friendly. He's been in same location for many years and although I am a new patient, the others in waiting room have been seeing him many many… years, even driving quite a distance. Most of all, I am not afraid of dentists anymore. AND he's a sedation dentist. He is apparently a doctor who takes his patients and occupation seriously. I would most certainly recommend him...and his staff.
