This business was initially recommended to me around March-Apr 2021. We were seeking that a sign be made for our business. We paid a $1,000 deposit in good faith to the owner to get started on the project. We ended moving to a different location and agreed to transfer the deposit to the new location. It is now September 2021 and nothing has been done. The owner can’t provide the insurance that’s required by the property management company to initiate the design/installation of our sign. The TSW owner refuses to return calls, texts, emails, messages and refuses to provide a refund for services
