I was born and raised in Spokane, graduated with a Bachelors degree in Health Services Administration from EWU in 1985 and began working in that field in Seattle in 1986. In 1990 I began studying Massage therapy in Seattle finished my training after moving back to Spokane in 1991.

I continued to work in health care administration full time including eight years as a case manager for St. Luke's Rehabilitation injured worker program and a few years as a contract administrator for Providence Sacred Heart and I became fully self employed in 2002.Always curious and eager to learn, I am current with Washington State and my professional association (AMTA) continuing education requirements.

Scar tissue due to injuries, burns, and surgeries can cause pain and discomfort, interfere with your ability to move freely, and become a concern due to their appearance. Massage therapy is a proven modality to help reduce myofascial restrictions that interfere with range of motion and to smooth raised skin and keloids due to scar tissue formation.
What is today called "Thai massage" or "Thai yoga massage" is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. Muscles are compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. Thai massage can relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, increase flexibility and balance the body energetically.
Customized treatment for dry skin to acne and everything in between. Includes deep pore cleansing, massage, exfoliation, steam, targeted mask and finishing products, with extra time for extractions and/or a foot treatment, hand or scalp massage, depending upon your needs and as time allows. All treatments are followed with the finishing products and home care recommendations, if desired.
Correct sun damage, lighten age spots and rejuvenite your skin. Good sun protection is required between peels and to maintain results. I offer serveral different Light peels depending upon your needs and my evaluation; Lactic, two glycolic levels, and a mandelic/glycolic. Best results are seen with a series of peels every two to four weeks.
Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT), skin resurfacing allows the body's natural response to healing thereby increasing the amount of collagen and elastin in the skin. The treatment can help decrease wrinkles, fine lines, acne scarring, stretch marks, and burn scars. This treatment is suitable for all skin types unlike a laser which can cause pigmentation issues for some people.
