If you have a specific problem that is not covered in this guide, or have other questions, please feel free to contact us. Improperly prepared files can cause delays in manufacturing. A 1/8 border must be added to pictures and designs bleeding to the edge, so that there is no white space or border showing around the artwork.

Terrible experience I placed an order with them
3 weeks ago for a small order of 100 business cards . They claim my order was put on hold because I asked about expediting , yes I asked about it but once they said the minimum order was 1000 I asked them process it regularly. They did not process it and my order sat on hold for 3 weeks had I not called them
They would not have even noticed my order was on hold . Then when I call Natalie lies and says she so sorry she gonna put the order through that day , I call back two days later and someone else says my order wasn’t out through til the day

Went in person twice, spoke to 2 associates. Both promised a quote for a HUGE multi product project and both never got back to us. Emailed them several times and every time they said yes, we're working on it. Its been 4.5 weeks now since they said " we'll get back to you in 3 days ". I had to write something because it's just seriously hilarious to me as a business owner how a business can have such incompetent people managing clients and drop the ball like this on 15k+ project.

Took three months to get business cards, and when I went in, they were still wrong. Instead of trying to fix the issue, they tried to deflect by saying the proofs were never reviewed. They were in fact reviewed, and told that they were wrong. (It is quite a difficult feat to use the same exact style card that had been used thrice previously, but placing a new name may have been the kicker here.) After overwhelming them with this they refused to grant me a refund.

I've used Xumba for all my printing needs for many years now. Booklets, manuals, copies, multi-section folders. They always do a great job, get things done ahead of the deadline, and give me great prices. Herberth, and Gregory, and Relmer and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure the job is done right, and always have a smile when they see me to pickup or deliver my order. I was happy with the quality of the product I received. However I wish someone would have done a final proofing of the document and called me to verify it as I ended up paying for the product again due to part of the text missing. They were kind enough to offer me other solutions and a discounted rate for my second order.
