I have used KopiKats for a few unique projects and I am always surprised what they can make happen that no other place can. I am really impressed with Richards work. His artistry and imagination to make a product is uncanny. Rich and Lisa really helped me out with my last project that was needed in a rush and were able to make it happen. I am super thankful to know and use KopiKats.

I worked with Richard on a laser etching project and not only was he extremely courteous, he took on my project and beat all expectations! He sent me various mock ups of the work and explained the care for my project after. He has gone above and beyond responding to emails before and after their posted business hours and his prices and turnaround are fantastic. Overall, If you have a need for printing give these guys a shot, they're great!

First off make sure to call ahead and ask to make an appointment, Richard was the person I talk to when I called. He was very patience and kind and thoughtful when he answered my questions, supervisor customer service after that he help me out with the laser cutter and gave me test samples so I would be 100% satisfied with the result and I was. I am also very grateful that he was able to squeeze me in, their constantly having project being done. Will do further business with them in the future.

Very kind and polite sir who intended to even know what I needed, but rude AF woman who is too very extremely busy for the next month, apparently too fascinated by a huge "closed" sign on their door, but still figuring out how to actually lock it.
Wasted my time and money on uber to get to this place that claims to close at 6:00pm.
I understand they were full, but I didn't go there to be basically thrown out.
The man was very kind though. Still Never coming back here

I sent an email to KopiKats requesting a quote on booklet prints. I gave specific information on the desired booklet type as well as the amount I was willing to spend per booklet in comparison to quotes I've received out-of-state. I also mentioned on the email to only respond if they could meet the demand or propose a better offer.
Instead, I received a response from a lady named "Lisa", mocking my request and speaking in a condescending tone - suggesting my prices were unrealistic and that'd I'd have to either go to another planet to get those types of prices, go to Mumbai, or find an illegal
