I was directed toward James by my son who researched to find someone to do my rear brakes. James gave me a quote over the phone and it was exactly what he said. He did an excellent job changing my brakes and rotors. He was finished in a timely manner and explained everything to me. He also saved and showed me the old parts so I could see them for myself. I highly recommend him for your automotive needs. I will use him again for sure.

I called James on the recommendation of one of his customers. The man was highly impressed with James and the quality of his work. I must say I heartily agree and at reasonable rates too! This was an emergency tow-in from a total stranger. James stayed after hours until the car arrived and kept me informed every step of the way. The man is a Saint. I went in to get a cv joint done. James checked out my vehicle. Said i had other things happening. He ordered parts i needed. Kept me informed of progress. James did a complete rebuild of my front system. James

If any of my friends need a mechanic I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to James at Ocala’s Only Choice! I have had work done by James before on our family cars and recently needed a big project which involved changing seats in my Tesla Model X. If you don’t know Teslas they are always on and awake. It took someone with real knowledge to put the car to sleep in order to change the seats without the airbags deploying. The job was done meticulously and with attention to detail. I highly recommend him if you need someone for all your mechanical needs

I’m new in town, after getting a bogus estimate from a “reliable” shop, I contacted James. He gave me an honest diagnosis of what needed to be done to resolve the problem with my vehicle. He is honest, professional, efficient, friendly and reasonable. I got my car back sooner than expected. I have several vehicles including a diesel truck. James is my mechanic. I’m glad I found him and I seriously recommend his work.

Jimmy was accommodating and honest as I could've possibly hoped for. Very reasonable rates and no BS.
I talked to 3 other shops in town before him and it was clear this guy was the only one not trying to get a boat payment out of me, and the only guy that could explain how my catalytics and motor functioned and why I was having the problems I was having.
I have a pretty fair understanding of vehicles and know when my leg is being pulled. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience.
If I need a mechanic anywhere near Ocala this is the place I'll be going. Very Pleased
