I need a really good probate lawyer and I'm literally alone and have no one to ask any advice from but I need someone to help me and my kids get to keep my dads home we all live in and he passed a couple of weeks ago, what can I do? Wilson and Beam were more concerned with going home at 1 pm then they were at handling my closing. It was explained numerous times that 1031 exchange proceeds were to be used and yet in their quest to leave the office early decided to close a loan where all important information to me was not properly disclosed.
This law office refused to take any responsibility for the error was rude, arrogant, pushy and down right unhelpful. I sat in their office for more than 2 1/2 hours and explained multiple times what I wanted to be accomplished. They did NOT fully explain important aspects of the 1031 exchange

I have been in real estate for several years and have done hundreds of closings. This attorney not only was rude and unprofessional but has walked a thin line on malpractice. He did not adhere to his clients wishes, didn’t explain things properly, gave poor advice and literally cost his clients thousands of dollars for his mistake. When I called to ask one last question Brian the attorney spoke harshly at me, wouldn’t listen to my question and literally hung up the phone because he felt he has spent too much time on the file. Great Attorney and Closing Office. I closed on a new build home. It was important for the funds to get wired that day and I close that day. They made certain all this was done in a timely manner on top of communicating well before closing. Overall, a smooth and easy closing. Plus, the attorney, Brian, did a great job explaining the closing documents. Highly recommend!

This firm was recommend to me by my Allen-Tate Realtor for the closing of a refinance with Wells-Fargo.
They were very responsive and helpful in providing me numbers before the actual closing date. They explained the process clearly & answered my questions fully.
Kristie Young Beam was the Attorney who handled my closing. She is very professional & friendly. I had some technical questions which she had immediate knowledge of and was able to answer.
Overall it was a very smooth transaction and I would highly recommend them if you have need for legal real estate needs.
