I'm a wife to Chuck and mom to 5 beautiful children. I'm originally from sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Being a military family for the past several years, we have lived some of everywhere! From California and Washington State on the west coast, to New Jersey on the east coast. Most recently, our adventures entailed us living abroad in Yokosuka, Japan, which was such an exciting experience for me and my family!
I'm so very honored that you would consider bringing me on as part of your birth support team! Each family I serve receives my total dedication and support. You will find different packages that will hopefully suit your unique needs, in addition to A La Carte options that are available to add to your chosen package.
HypnoBirthing prepares the mother with the knowledge to birth confidently and comfortably. While other methods teach the woman how to cope with and manage pain; HypnoBirthing provides women with the information needed to feel relaxed, free of society's expectation of pain, and ready to allow her body to birth in the manner it was designed to.
Description on what a doula is and how she can meet the needs of couples during labor and birth in South Jersey. As much as having a baby is pure joy and a dream come true, the idea of birth can also feel scary and overwhelming to most people. There are so many negative perceptions of birth, but I truly believe that a positive birth can be experienced by all if they have a supportive birth team.
I understand having a baby involves a number of costs. However, when you realize that you're given just one time to experience this pregnancy and birth and that this experience is one of the most momentous and special days in your life as a family, the answer becomes simple. A little more money spent towards preparing for the best birth possible is absolutely worth it!
