They told us that we left the house in the best condition they’ve ever seen a rental left before, and they still found a way to take $500 from the deposit. Their communication was great at first, but horrible when it was time to coordinate move out and inspection. I don’t trust what was said that they found at move out, which is why I wanted one of us present at walk through. They never informed us when they were doing it. They also allowed people to start working on the house for at least 2 whole days that the utilities were still under my name. If the house isn’t my responsibility once

Absolutely terrible customer service from Courtney Davis. I called her first thing in the morning to disclose my interest in her property she picked up the phone and said that she would call me later on that day. I sat at home all day waiting for this phone call and she never called me. I reached out to her at about 5 o’clock the same day wondering if i would get a call and i was told by her It currently has an application. I basically sat all day waiting for a rental property that already had a contract on it.

Great, great, great service. We used them for selling our home in Sweetwater. It sold in one day! We then used them for finding us a rental because the buyers wanted the house in 3 weeks. They delivered! And finally they helped us find our new build house and took care of everything! We will be using them again for any of our needs in the future!
