Myself and my husband Miguel are new tenants to the Rise and first off the view is AMAZING. When we arrived to move in we were Welcomed by everyone from Rahissa the manager ,the Maintenance Men and the cleaning crew.We would have never even found out about the Rise had it not have been for Emily,she kept her promise and exceeded her duties as a Realtor. I AM SO HAPPY AND TRULY RECOMMEND HAVING EMILY AS YOUR REALTOR AND LIVING AT THE RISE YOU WILL FIND PEACE AND YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

I Called Several times to the office to get information about the apartments and to move in, I really wanted to live there but they never answered my calls or my emails…..i even went to the office to try to talk with someone and the office was empty, supposedly the office works only Monday, Wednesday and Friday but I called those day at different timeframes between 10am and 3pm and it was the same (No answer). I really recommend to the management company from this building to be better at Customer service.

While I lived there the place was decent enough, I loved my apartment. However, there honestly is not enough parking and the hallways and stairways were always grimy. My main issue is the fact I did not receive my entire security deposit due to me. I was asked to pay additional money as catch-up to match the increase of my rent of precious years. I sent documents to back up my case. Jake said he would inform the owners. I have yet to see that money as of 12/31/20. I am quite disappointed.

My family and I have lived in the building for over 5 years. Ever since Carlos came on board as the head of maintenance everything changed for the better. In the past, any repairs that needed to be done were always done improperly and inefficiently. Recently we have had several issues that were addressed immediately and the quality of work from Carlos and his assistant Oliver surpassed our expectations. As long as Carlos and his staff remain on board we will be happy renters!!

The Rise in sunrise is a great apartment complex! The management is amazing- very responsive to tenants and always helpful. The nice view is a bonus and the pool is a great amenity. The dog park is also cool for residents with pets. Very comfortable complex and it’s enjoyable to live there. Overall I would definitely recommend The Rise!

My family and I have lived at the Rise Apartments for 2 years. We have been very happy with the apartment, the neighbors and the management of the building. You can tell the management team cares about the building and the tenants from the way they respond to concerns/problems and by the fact that they continue to reinvest in the property. While I am happy to be moving into my own home, I will miss the beautiful lake views, and the proximity to the park. What a perfect location! Thank you to the Management team for a wonderful experience.

I lived at Apex for three years and loved every minute of it! Let me first start with Jake. He is ABSOLUTELY amazing. He is there for you no matter what you need and makes sure things are handled promptly. I have never had a property manager who did their job like he does. He genuinely cares about everyone on site and knows you by name. Most individuals who manage properties, in my experience, can be quite difficult to deal with and it is a burden most of the time. That was never Jake. He takes care of you and ensures that you enjoy where you live, and I did! The neighbors are also incredible.

This apartment complex was nothing short of amazing. The manager Jake always made me feel welcomed, if I had any issues he would see to it they would get resolved and the apartment itself was very spacious. I felt safe living here with the gated system and it was an added bonus to have a pool and a gym with the facilities. I'm sad I had to moved due to my job, but was very happy living here for 2 years with no problems.

Wish I didn't have to leave this place! I moved here from another state for a job (and now have accepted a job in a different state again).
I found this place through a rental realtor. The whole rental management team has been great.
Things have been fixed very quick (I've only had a couple minor things).
The complex is always being upgraded. They just replaced the elevator motor, installed a gate intercom system, and are in the process of upgrading their security camera system.
The grounds are kept really clean and the units are really clean. I've never had bug issues

I have been living in Apex close to a year and the complex has changed significantly since I first step foot into the management office. Some opportunities are definitely trying to navigate through improvements, construction, unexpected water shutdowns and sometimes the lack of porperly informing tenants why things are going on. I deal specifically with Jake the Property Manager and have seen great improvements in response to issues and concerns that were mentioned above the communication aspect has greatly improved, it has made it easy to work around certain repairs that need to happen to improve

I just recently moved in to this complex and absolutely love it. Jake and Ray in the office could not be nicer, and every single tenant that I have met thus far have been nothing but lovely to me and my children.
The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. Security is tight. I feel very safe here!

Wait until the 30th when i fill this review out on your performance in our community. I can hardly wait. It's truly refeshing when someone such as yourselves come into our town. My home town. The place i grew up. Played with my friends. Went to school. And people like you put their dirty, greedy, deceitful little hands all over it.
