Debbie was wonderful helping us sell our home in Weston. It's so important that you have someone who is honest & knowledgeable on your side, and Debbie is the one. She was patient and very accessible throughout the whole process from preparing the listing to follow up after closing. She set the standard for staging in our neighborhood--once she used a drone for photos, all the other realtors did too!

Debbie is the best!!! My wife and I had been looking for a new home for a year with our first agent. She was never available on the weekends and only showed us homes that she liked, not what we wanted to see.
Then we found Debbie! She listened to our needs and showed us any home that we wanted to see even though she knew we would not like it.
After months of looking at many homes, she finally found our forever home!
Debbie was always available, 24 hours a day. Even though she had some serious family medical issues, she never let it get in the way of her performance as a realtor.

I can honestly say that I am not a fan of people in sales. However, Debbie is one of best people I have met in South Florida. She is very kind, thoughtful, and helpful in a very stressful time...house hunting! Debbie met our every need. She didn't push us into any decisions that we were nervous to make, she would drop everything she could to show us a home that had just come on the market, and she would even show a house to my husband and me separately when we couldn't make our schedules match. Even though we decided not to purchase in South Florida, I would definitely recommend Debbie

We wanted to take the time to write about our experience with Debbie Bates. We would highly recommend her. Debbie was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. After the first 2 showings she knew exactly what to show us and more importantly what not to show. Debbie is extremely dedicated and the most patient and kindest real estate agent we have ever worked with. We are definitely going to call Debbie again should we need help finding a new place in the future.
