Services
Indianhead Acres and Lehigh Acres was founded in the 1950s and has grown to include over 900 homes. The neighborhood is bordered by East Lafayette and Old St. Augustine Road to the north, Magnolia Drive to the west, Myrtle Drive and Wahalaw Nene to the east, and Mountbatten Road and Wekewa Nene to the south.
The Lafayette Park nieghborhood is known for charming older homes and walkable streets. Like many of Tallahassee's early neighborhoods, it's located located on land that was gifted to the Marquis de Lafayette by the United States after the American Revolutionary War. Many of the more than 500 homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1920s and 1930s.
Lafayette Oaks was founded in 1971 and is located on the historic Lafayette Land Grant - the large grant of land deeded to the Marquis de Lafayette by the United States Congress in appreciation for his assistance during the Revolutionary War. Today, it is a gated community of approximately 350 homes.
Levy Park is a midtown neighborhood bordered by Tharpe Street on the north, Monroe Street on the east, 4th Ave on the south, and Gibbs Drive on the west. It is "an awesome neighborhood, " as one can tell from the neighborhood seal. The neighborhood was established in the early 1940s. The land was donated to the city by the widows of the Levy brothers who were owners of mercantile stores in Tallahassee.
The Los Robles neighborhood, which means "The Oaks" in Spanish, is located in the heart of Tallahassee. The streets all have Spanish names and several of the homes feature Spanish-style architecture, with ceramic tile roofs and stucco exteriors. You will also see traditional Southern and European influencers throughout the neighborhood.
