This law firm was chosen by the buyer in a real estate sale. They lack the modern touches that should be table stakes in conducting business such as not being able to wire money remotely, no digital signatures, and sketchy looking messaging system. It’s like they are practicing law 15 years ago. They also lack adequate communication. If you are deciding on a law firm for a real estate transaction, go somewhere else.
The only reason I give them 2 stars is that the transaction did go through according to timeline but only at great frustration.
