Horrible and very rude staff, in person and over the phone. They will not answer any billing questions and say they will call back. They don't call back. They only will go over billing once you check in so they can bill you anyway. I thought that was illegal. Then don't dare to walk in without a mask. NO MASK NO SERVICE and the entire staff will basically belittle you until you leave. You can only wear what they approve is a mask... you know, a bedazzled mask like the employees wear, not a thick 2 layer pull up mask that has a pattern on it or you need the paper one that I'm allergic to. I just started taking my kids here last year when moving to surprise and it’s the best dentist office we’ve been to. The staff is so caring and patient with children who are scared, which is not my previous experience at other dentist offices. My 2 year old had to have his tooth removed and had to be strapped down to do so but Dr. Simpson and her assistant were so fast, efficient, and caring that is wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the surprise area.

Referred here by our family dentist for an issue with my seven year old's tooth. We waited 40 min after our appointment time to be seen in the back. However, the wait was totally worth it. They completed the dental work same day as the consult and with great care and concern. Fantastic experience! The dentist Isabel ?last name? was phenomenal. Very kind and gentle. Thumbs up!

Best dentist and staff! I came in in a hurry to get my son to his soccer game. The front office staff was so helpful to get us back fast and the ladies in the back did their cleaning quickly and we were out the door and made it to the game on time. Also, Dr. Simpson is the best, I wish she would see adults so I could go to her :)

Staff is amazing! Front office is always so helpful and kind. I’m able to schedule both children with ease. The clinical team explains what will be happening during the visit to my children. My questions and concerns about my children health are answered thoroughly. The entire staff sincerely cares.

My Family with many children have been going to Dr Isabelle Simpson and her excellent Support Staff as well as Dental Hygienists for going on 10 years now. We will never go anywhere else. Dr Simpson is so good with all my kids and is always on time for our appointments with little children this is important! WE LOVE KIDS DENTIST OF SURPRISE!!!!

We have been coming to Dr. Simpson for 8years! There’s no one else we would go to. She is Amazing with kids. She makes them feel so safe and comfortable the whole time. We love the whole team from the front desk staff to the assistant’s in the back. The Best group to take care of your children I highly recommend Kids Dentist of Surprise!!!
