I was having issues with child custody and I'm not familiar with any court or paper work stuff. Jos does not mess around... I was dealing with Another lawyer for months on a false DV order and he did absolutely nothing... handed over the case to Jos and with in two weeks the order was dropped!! I had spoken to several attorneys and they all said the same thing... a move away in my situation would be difficult and if granted would take a year to a year in a half. I still needed an attorney to change a few things in my divorce judgement anyway so I retained an attorney in March of 2020. I can't believe these previous people who left reviews on yelp could even be real clients Mr. Jas.
He's so incredibly screwed my efforts to gain even partial custody of my children he does not understand English.
How he even has any clients is a surprise to me I heard him because I found him on craigslist I was desperate and he was available and sheep and just like so many circumstances you get what you pay for it
He made many critical errors in the preparation of documents he submitted to the court.
He completely misrepresented my position to the judge incorrectly it was
